After it downloads

Open the file.
If Windows says it protected your PC, choose More info, then Run anyway. SurfTrain has no Windows signing certificate yet, so Windows warns about it.
Read what SurfTrain will do, type yes, and enter your invite code.

A Mac with Apple silicon. Intel Macs work, but train on the CPU.

Open Terminal and run this. macOS blocks downloaded programs that have no Apple signature, and this clears that for this one file.
cd ~/Downloads && xattr -c surftrain-darwin-arm64 && chmod +x surftrain-darwin-arm64 && ./surftrain-darwin-arm64
